By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 24.10.2024 vide which he was directed to be released on furlough for a period of four weeks. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the aforesaid date, based on the request made that the applicant's wife is undergoing treatment at P.S. Cantt., Lucknow, vide condition No.(i), the applicant was directed to report to concerned S.H.O. of P.S. Cantt., Lucknow, once a week on every Monday during the period of furlough. He submits that the treatment presently is being done at Krishna Nagar, Delhi and prays that the conditions in this regard be modified and the applicant be permitted to report to the concerned SHO, P.S. Krishna Nagar, Delhi.

Learned ASC for the State accepts notice and submits that she has no objection to the aforesaid request.
