On 19th August, 2025 the Court passed the following order: - 1.

Notice was issued to Respondent No. 2 on 09th May, 2024; however, the Petitioner did not take any steps to serve them. Nonetheless, it must be noted that in the said order, it was specifically noted that the Complainant is not cooperating with the Investigating Officer. Thereafter, no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner was noted on 13th January, 2025 and 08th April, 2025. The position remains the same even today. 2.

In the interest of justice, no adverse orders are being passed today. 3.

Re-notify on 16th October, 2025.

Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner, and no steps have been taken to serve the Respondent No. 2. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed in default for nonprosecution.
