The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to challenge the Order dated 13.05.2024 vide which the learned MM has directed the Registration of FIR No. 106/2024 under Sections 509/34 IPC registered at PS Tilak Nagar. 4.

Learned ASC for the State appears on advance Notice and submits upon the instructions of the IO that the Charge Sheet has already been filed. Since the Charge Sheet has already been filed, the petitioner is at liberty to seek discharge, in case no offence is made out. He is at liberty to raise all the contentions raised herein before the learned Trial Court.
