SI Virender Kumar is present in Court today. He submits that the petitioner has already been granted possession of her Matrimonial Home and she is staying therein.

Ms. Neha Sareen, petitioner in person who appears through Video Conferencing, submits that though she is staying in the Matrimonial Home now, however, whenever she goes out, she is not allowed to come back in the house and obstructions are created in her free movement in and out of the house.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, it is directed that the SHO, Police Station: Model Town as well as SI Virender Kumar, who is posted at Police Station: Model Town, shall be personally responsible to ensure that the petitioner-Ms. Neha Sareen is not obstructed from entering the Matrimonial home.

It is further directed that as and when the petitioner calls up the SHO, Model Town or SI Virender Kumar, the said officers shall personally ensure that no obstruction is created to the petitioner in entering her matrimonial home.

The phone numbers of SHO, Model Town as well as SI Virender Kumar are reflected in today's order.
