% 05.12.2019 Vide this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for the detailed investigation of the complaint made in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also prayed that protection may be given to the petitioner.

Learned Additional Standing counsel for the State submits that a similar petition was moved before the coordinate bench of Hon‟ble Mr. Justice Vibhu Bakru and vide order dated 16.10.2019, the same was dismissed with the observations that the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy under Section 156 (3) of the Cr.P.C.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State further submits that protection will be provided to the petitioner where she is residing at

present i.e. House No. 415, Mata Mandir Wali Gali, Chhattarpur, New Delhi. Mobile numbers of Beat Constable, W/SI and the concerned SHO have been provided to the petitioner. In case of exigency, the petitioner can contact the police officials.

I have considered the rival submissions. The coordinate bench has already dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioner praying for the same relief. The protection as sought by the petitioner has been provided vide this order. The present petition is, therefore, dismissed being not maintainable.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
