% 21.03.2016 Status report has been filed by the State.

Learned APP submits that during the course of investigation, it has been revealed that the complainant got annoyed with the petitioner as she has informed her parents, therefore, she implicated her in this case. As such, the State has no objection if the petitioner is protected.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in the event of her arrest:- (v) Petitioner be admitted to bail on her executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO. (vi) She will join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O. (vii) She will furnish her address as well as contact number to the Investigating Officer.

(viii) She will not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness. The application is accordingly disposed of.
