This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.252/2019, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at Police Station-South Rohini, Delhi, and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

The petitioners have handed over Rs.12,000/- to the respondent no.2 as per the settlement agreement dated 22.11.2019. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioners and the respondents that this is a family settlement between the mother and children and has
been settled through mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties, State has no objection if the FIR in question be quashed. 4.
In this view of this, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, FIR No.252/2019, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at Police Station-South Rohini, Delhi, and all proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.
