The limited relief sought in the present petition was with respect to Application No. DL11B0006801/S/00001, submitted by Petitioner for transferring the arbitration proceedings from Delhi Arbitration Centre ("DAC") to Delhi International Arbitration Centre ("DIAC"). 2.

Mr. Naved Ahmad, counsel representing MSEFC, on instructions, states that the Petitioner's request was acceded to, and through communication dated 21st July, 2022, a direction was issued for transfer of the arbitration proceedings from DAC to DIAC. He submits that a further intimation to that effect was submitted in 2024. 3.

Although the Petitioner had approached this Court alleging that the fees of the DAC was on the higher side in comparison with DIAC, however, in light of the statement made by counsel for MSEFC, in the opinion of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Court, the relief sought by the Petitioner stands redressed. 4.

Nonetheless to avoid any ambiguity, it is clarified that the order of reference under Section 18(3) of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 dated 24th May, 2022 shall be treated as reference to DIAC.

In view of the above directions, the present petition is disposed of. 6.

Counsel for the Respondent is directed to send the intimation to this effect to the DIAC, so that the proceedings can commence expeditiously. Additionally, the Petitioner is also permitted to follow up with the DIAC for commencement of the arbitration proceedings.
