The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 19th September, 2018 which is signed by both the parties before the learned mediator. The settlement agreement dated 19th September, 2018 is marked as Ex.C-1.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 19th September, 2018. Ex.C-1 shall form part of the decree. The decree sheet be drawn up. 3.

Both the parties shall remain bound by the settlement, Ex.C-1. The undertaking of the defendant in para 5(b) of the settlement, Ex.C-1 is accepted.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fees. Since suit has been resolved through mediation, the Registry shall issue a certificate to the plaintiff under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act. The pending applications are disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
