This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No.459/2020 registered at Police Station: Vasant Kunj (North), New Delhi under Sections 323/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with all other proceedings arising therefrom.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied if directions are issued to the learned Trail Court to expedite the trial.

The petition and the application are disposed of, requesting the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and make an endeavour to conclude the same preferably within a period of six months of the first listing of the Trial before it, post this order.
