% 16.03.2016 Petitioner has prayed in this writ petition that respondent no. 1 be directed to demolish the remaining illegal construction and structure constructed on the terrace of second floor of property no. F36, Kalkaji, New Delhi and thereafter, to remove the malwa/debris. Action taken report has been perused.

Action has been taken against the unauthorised construction and the same has been removed.

No further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.
