This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the Applicant seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.768/2023 dated 23.08.2023 registered under Sections 419/420/467/468/34 IPC at P.S. Shahbad Dairy.

This is the second call in the matter. There was no representation on behalf of the Applicant on the first call. None appears on the second call. 3.

Learned APP, on the other hand, has handed over a copy of order dated 04.12.2023 whereby learned Trial Court has released the Applicant herein on regular bail, which also explains the reason of absence of the Applicant. The order is taken on record.

Since the Applicant has been released on regular bail, the present application is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
