By way of present petition filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.63/2017 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at Police Station Rajinder Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom on merits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2. She further submits that the parties shall take steps for grant of divorce and file appropriate petition. She, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 3.
