% 30.08.2024 Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 04.12.2021, passed by the learned ASJ, Saket Court, granting bail to the Respondent No.2 herein in FIR No.22/2021, dated 21.01.2021, registered at Police Station Sulight Colony, for offences under Sections 376/323 IPC. It is stated that Respondent No.2 has been acquitted vide Order dated 03.07.2024.
