versus STATE & ANR.
..... Respondents Through:

CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 05.12.2019 CRL.M.A. 41896/2019 1.
Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
W.P.(CRL) 3389/2019 2.
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to register an FIR pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 30.10.2017.
3.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that no action has been taken on the said complaint on a specious ground that the said complaint had been filed to pressurise the accused (one Ms Kirti Chauhan) to withdraw her FIR/complaint. He submits that the petitioner's complaint was prior in point of time, therefore, the said reasoning is without
any merit.
4.
This Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition as, undeniably, the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy. 5.
At his stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of alternative remedies. 6.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. VIBHU BAKHRU, J DECEMBER 05, 2019 MK
