% 16.02.2018 It is submitted that property disputes between the petitioners and respondent no.3 had led to registration of present FIR No. 179/2016 under Sections 420/120B IPC at Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police, on the complaint of respondent no.3. Petitioners and respondent no. 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide Settlement-cum-Cancellation Agreement dated 8th November, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 3 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by Insp. Ajay Gupta of Economic Offences Wing.

Respondent no. 3 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
