This Court had on 07.08.2025 recorded the following: "1.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, submits that the Petitioner/Management is willing to settle the matter.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners are willing to hand over the amount that has been deposited before the Court in terms of the order dated 06.12.2019 including interest accrued thereon to the Respondent in full and final settlement with all claims of the Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the legal representatives of the Respondent/Workman requests for some time to take instructions.
4. The parties remain present in Court on the next date of hearing." 2.
The Authorised Representative of the Petitioner is physically present in the Court today along with Respondent No.1, Ms. Shalini [wife of the Respondent, who has since passed away].

settlement of all claims.

The Court has also interacted with Respondent No. 1. 5.
Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1, on instructions, submits that all amounts that were due to Respondent No. 1 have already been paid to Respondent No. 1, however, if any payment is found to be due, the same will be made within a period of two weeks from today to Respondent No.1. The statement of Authorised Representative of the Petitioner is taken on record. The Petitioner is bound down by the statement made. 6.
Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the amounts deposited inclusive of up to date interest in favour of Respondent No.1, Ms. Shalini [wife of the deceased] who is also the mother and legal guardian of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforegoing terms. 8.
