This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking return of Bank Guarantee dated 19.01.2024 and amendment to the Bank Guarantee dated 20.02.2024.

It is pointed out that the main writ petition has been allowed by this Court vide judgment dated 17.12.2024.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. Let the concerned Bank Guarantee be returned to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
