Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. They seek to rely upon the Settlement Agreement dated 23.04.2025 executed between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.3 and 4 [hereinafter referred to as "Settlement Agreement"] in this behalf before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties have agreed to settle the disputes inter se between them and that the Respondent No.3/Workmen has received their due amount from Respondent No.4 and the same has been acknowledged by Respondent No.3/Workmen in the Settlement Agreement.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner thus submits that in order to effectuate the settlement, the amounts as deposited by the Petitioner in Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in compliance with the orders dated 16.12.2022 and 08.02.2023 along with interest accrued thereon may be released to him. 4.
Accordingly, let the amounts as deposited by the Petitioner before this Court, inclusive of up-to-date interest be released in favour of the Petitioner. 5.
The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

The present Petition is disposed of in the aforegoing terms. 7.
