The relief sought in this writ petition is with regard to unauthorised sale of vehicles by respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

It is the allegation of the petitioner that a vehicle purchased by him from respondent No. 6 - Bike Bazar, was delivered to him by an invoice of respondent No. 7 - Meghna Motors, and that the vehicle was delivered without a registration number. vehicle has therefore been seized by the police. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievances raised in this writ petition have been rectified by the Government of the NCT Delhi. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 4.

As the petitioner himself states that the said grievances have been rectified, the petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to take remedies in respect of his vehicle, in accordance with law. 5.

The petition, alongwith all pending applications, is disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid.
