Pursuant to the order dated November 28, 2023, the petitioner has been examined by the Army Hospital(Research and Referral), New Delhi. 2.

Mr. Mukul Singh, learned counsel for the respondents informs us, that the petitioner has been found "unfit" this time as well. He has placed before us the report of the Medical Board which is taken on record. Let a copy thereof be given to Mr. Rathi during the course of the day. 3.

In view of the report of the Medical Board, we are of the view that no further adjudication is required in the petition. 4.

Liberty is with the petitioner to seek such remedy as available in law against the report of the Board as placed before this Court today.
