Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits, that the property in question has been booked for unauthorized construction and a demolition order dated 09.03.2024 has also been passed. She submits that appropriate action for demolition of the unauthorized construction shall be taken in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, and in view of non-appearance of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
