The present petition under Section 482 read with Section 439(2) of the CrPC seeks the following prayers: - "a) allow the present Petition and set aside the order dated 18.10.2023 in Bail Application No. 1543/2023 in FIR No. 505/2023, PS Ghazipur. Delhi U/s 376/506 passed by the Court of learned Additional Session Judge -05, (East), Karkardooma Court, Delhi granting anticipatory bail to the respondent no.2; and b) Cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted to respondent no. 2 by the Court of learned Additional Session Judge -05, (East), Karkardooma Court, Delhi vide its order dated 18.10.2023 in Bail Application No. 1543/2023 in FIR No. 505/2023, PS Ghazipur, Delhi; and c) pass any other further order as deemed fit and necessary by this Hon'ble Court in favour of the petitioner."
