% 22.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos.2A and 2B have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts on 17th April, 2013, therefore, FIR No. 150/2009 under Sections 420/463/464/465/466/467/468/469/471/120B/34 IPC registered at PS Welcome Colony on complaint of late Sh. Salim Ahmed (respondent no.2), may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 has since expired and his two sons are pursuing the matter and have been impleaded as respondent nos. 2A and 2B, in as much as, they had appeared before the Delhi Mediation

Centre, Karkardooma Courts and have settled the matter with the petitioner. Respondent Nos. 2A and 2B are present in Court and have been identified by SI Jitender Kumar and they admit having settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They also admit having received `30,000/- from the petitioner and submit that they have no objection if the above mentioned FIR, is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos.2A & 2B and,in the interest of justice, the FIR No.

150/2009 under Sections 420/463/464/465/466/467/468/ 469/ 471/120B/34 IPC registered at PS Welcome Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
