Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that order dated 22nd August, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 13102/2021 has been complied with. He further submits that in terms of the said order, the respondents had been directed to restore the payment of provisional pension to the petitioner and arrears thereof, w.e.f. from 5th November, 2021 within two months, subject to any further action as per the Rules, which may be taken against the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner qua the said action initiated by the respondents, shall be raised in independent proceedings. In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed, with liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate legal proceedings qua other disputes with respect to any action that may be taken by the respondent against the petitioner.
