% 16.02.2016 The petitioner filed the present objection petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The amount claimed is less than Rs.1 crore and the appointment of the Arbitrator was not through this court, instead the appointment was as per the agreement between the parties themselves.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Patiala House, (New Delhi),Patiala House Courts. New Delhi.

Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 1st April, 2016.
