In this appeal challenging the judgment and decree of recovery of money under Order XXXVII CPC, the predecessor bench stayed operation of the impugned judgment vide order dated 28.11.2023 subject to the appellant depositing 25% of the decretal amount within eight weeks. 2.

Neither the said 25% amount was deposited nor anyone appears on behalf of appellants. On last date also, none appeared for appellant. The appeal and the pending applications are dismissed in default.
