% 08.09.2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1725/2016, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Mehrauli, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has no nexus with the allegations as alleged it the above FIR. Counsel further submits that the matter has already been settled amicably between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 13th July, 2017 and submits that the petitioner is ready to join further investigation as and when required and prays that the petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail.

Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the complainant along with the father and mother of the complainant also endorse the factum

of amicable settlement between the parties.

Looking into the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join further investigation and in the event of her arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, on her furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned with the condition that the petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court below and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

The present bail application is allowed and stands disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, as prayed. I.S.MEHTA, J SEPTEMBER 08, 2017 'dc'
