The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the Petitioner to withdraw the present petition and issue directions to the Ld. Trial Court to decide the Complaint Case expeditiously within 4 weeks, in the interest of justice; and / or Pass any other/further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the light of the facts of the present case. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is fixed before the learned Trial Court for final arguments and is listed for hearing on 09.07.2025.

In view of the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is partly allowed and disposed of.
