The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent no. 1 to demolish the unauthorised construction at property bearing house no. 602D/1A, Ward No. 3, Mehrauli, South Delhi-110030 and to restrain respondent no. 4 from carrying out unauthorised construction at the property in question.

Status reports have been filed on behalf of respondent no. 1/ MCD on 6th September, 2025 and 24th February, 2026.
