% 25.02.2016 The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 18.01.2016 along with the agreement arrived at between the parties on 15.01.2016 is placed on record. The settlement agreement has been signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned Mediator. The resolution passed by the plaintiff company authorizing Mr. Mitter Pal Yadav, Deputy General Manager (Editorial) to sign the statement in the mediation proceeding is also placed on record. The settlement agreement records that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the agreement dated 15.01.2016, which is Annexure B to the settlement agreement.

The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement read with the agreement dated 15.01.2016 i.e. Annexure B to the settlement agreement. They shall bind the parties.
