The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that respondents be directed to refund the court fees of Rs.13,16,850/- to the petitioner in terms of directions contained in the order dated 16.11.2017 passed by this Court in CS(OS) No. 92/2007.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the concerned refund voucher for the aforesaid amount of Rs. 13,16,850/- has been issued by the SDM (Hauz Khas) / respondent no.4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 that it is open to the petitioner to collect the refund voucher and present the same for refund of the requisite amount through its bank.

Let the requisite refund be made by the respondent no. 5 / Treasury Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, latest within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the refund voucher, through the petitioner's bank. 4.
