The present Petition has been instituted under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking the appointment of the Arbitral Tribunal to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties arising out of the Loan Agreement dated 30.04.2016 executed between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that he seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to avail such remedies and initiate such proceedings as may be permissible in accordance with law.
