% 30.03.2016 This is a petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondents to call the petitioner for interview for the post of Manager (Law).

Mr. Ayush Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to advertisement No.05/2015 the petitioner tried to apply online for the post of Manager (Law) in Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd., respondent No.2 but the petitioner could not apply as the system was not accepting his qualification.

Thereafter, the petitioner made representations dated 18.12.2015 and 22.01.2016 followed by reminder dated 10.02.2016 to respondent No.2 but none of the representations have been decided so far. Mr. A.K. Roy, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 on advance notice submits that representations of the petitioner will be decided

within two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the aforesaid and the petition as well as application may be disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2015 & 22.01.2016.

In view of the above, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the petition as well as application with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2015 and 22.01.2016 within a period of two weeks by passing a speaking order and the decision thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
