This is a Criminal Revision Petition seeking to stay the Criminal Execution No. 92/2024 and Criminal Execution No. 145/2025, filed by the Decree Holder.

Petitioner, who appears in person, states that maintenance order has been passed under the DV Act proceedings on the basis of the false affidavit filed by the complainant. He further submits that he has already filed an appeal, which is stated to be pending before the Sessions Court. 3.

On being questioned about the maintainability of the revision petition, petitioner states that he may be granted permission to withdraw the present petition.
