The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 621/2023 of PS Kashmere Gate for offence under Section 302/34 IPC. 2.

In furtherance of last order, learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that the co-accused who is son of the accused/applicant has already moved surrender application before the Trial Court. That being so, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh application before the Trial Court after surrender of his son and after examination of forensic witnesses pertaining to the examination of blood stained clothes of the accused/applicant. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
