The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 22nd July, 2024, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 9870/2024.

By way of the said order, the Court had directed counsel for the respondent to supply a legible and complete copy of the assessment order for the year 2016-17 to the petitioner.

It is an admitted position that on 17th July, 2025, a complete and legible copy of the said assessment order has been provided to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the contempt petition stands disposed of, as being satisfied.
