The present petition under Section 10 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a. allow the present petition; and/ or b. initiate the appropriate contempt proceedings against the contemnors for not complying with the final order dated 06.09.2024 of this Hon'ble Court in WPC No. 9809/2009 and punish the contemnors in accordance with law and pass directions to ensure the compliance/implementation of the judgment; and c. pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice."

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law with respect to the speaking order dated 27.08.2025.
