This is the second petition for seeking interim bail filed by the petitioner. The previous application was dismissed as withdrawn on account of typographic error. Learned APP states that even this application bears incorrect FIR number and Sections in the title of the petition. 2.

At this stage, Mr. Prince Dhamija, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application seeking liberty to file fresh application with correct particulars.
