The present petition is directed against the order dated 04th April, 2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Criminal Appeal No. 130/2021, under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. By the said order, the Sessions Court modified the ad-interim maintenance order dated 24th September, 2021 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate reducing the maintenance amount from INR 7,700 to INR 4,000.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that since then, the final maintenance order has been passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate and accordingly, the relief sought in the present petition is now rendered infructuous. 3.

In light of the above development, without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application(s).
