This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking modification of the order dated 08.09.2025 to extend the period of 4 weeks to decide the application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

For the said reasons, issue notice. Ms. Verma, learned counsel for the respondents, accepts notice and has no objection to the application being allowed.

In the view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and para 16 of the order dated 08.09.2025 is modified and the learned Arbitrator is granted additional 4 weeks to decide the application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
