The present petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking the following:

"(b.) Declare that notices/letters dated 13.06.2024, 24.12.2024, 09.05.2024,01.05.2025, 08.07.2025, 09.07.2025 and e-mail dated 18.07.2025 issued by Respondent No. 1 to the Petitioner are non-est and bad in law; (c.) Quash notices/letters dated 13.06.2024, 24.12.2024, 09.05.2024,01.05.2025, 08.07.2025, 09.07.2025 and e-mail dated 18.07.2025 issued by Respondent No. 1 to the Petitioner; (d.) Petitioner and/or its directors, employees, representatives, agents, etc. pursuant to the notices/letters dated 13.06.2024, 24.12.2024, 09.05.2024,01.05.2025, 08.07.2025, 09.07.2025 and e-mail dated 18.07.2025 issued by Respondent No. 1 to the Petitioner;" 4.

It is the case of the petitioner that the said notices/letters are non-est and have been issued without any authority under law. 5.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that replies to the said notices/letters have been sent by the petitioner to the concerned respondent, and the same are currently under consideration. 6.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the said notices shall be duly adjudicated in accordance with law after considering the replies submitted on behalf of the petitioner. In case an opportunity of hearing is sought by the petitioner, the same shall also be duly provided, and a reasoned order shall be passed thereafter. 7.

Needless to say, the concerned respondents shall take into account all legal and factual contentions raised by the petitioner. 8.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, no further order/s are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner apprehends that the respondent/s may take precipitative steps against petitioner and/or its directors even prior to the adjudication of the said notice/s. There is no basis for such an apprehension given the aforesaid statement of learned standing counsel.

The present petition (as also the pending application) is, accordingly, disposed of.
