% 09.03.2024 Appellant has filed an appeal for enhancement of the award dated 28.02.2019 passed by the learned Tribunal. After comprehensive discussion, it is agreed between the parties that the appellant(s) shall be entitled to further lump sum enhancement of compensation of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) over and above the award of the learned Tribunal as full and final settlement.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondent/Insurance Company Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.3,50,000/- before the concerned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Tribunal within a period of 06 weeks from today, failing which the respondent shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. from delayed period.

The concerned Tribunal is directed to release the said enhanced amount to the appellant no.1 subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities.

The present appeal along with the pending application(s), if any, is disposed of with directions in terms of the foregoing settlement.

A copy of this order be sent to concerned Ld. Tribunal with LCR, if requisitioned and received.
