C.M. No.16199/2016 (for condonation of delay) In view of the averments made in the application, the delay of 35 days in filing the petition is condoned. Application disposed of. C.R.P. 65/2016 C.M. No.16197/2016 (stay) Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.12.2015 vide which his right to cross-examine DW-1 was permitted but it was subject to payment of Rs.15,000/- as cost. Petitioner seems to be aggrieved by that part of the order. He has although canvassed his arguments on the other aspect as well but those arguments are not pressed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is borne out from the record that this was the first date after the evidence of the defendant was closed; which was stood closed on 20.8.2015. Cost of Rs.15,000/- is reduced to Rs.10,000/-. Petition disposed of.
