% 21.07.2016 There is no appearance on behalf of the parties even on the second call in the post lunch session. Even on the last date of hearing, none had appeared for the appellant.

Order of 10th July, 2015 in this appeal reveals that the parties had sought time to place on record the settlement arrived at between them. However, a direction was issued to the concerned mediation centre to send a copy of the settlement arrived at. In pursuance to the aforesaid order, the settlement of 15th September, 2014 has come on record. It appears that in view of mediated settlement of 15th September, 2014, parties are no longer interested in pursuing this appeal.
