% 25.07.2018 MAT.APP.(F.C.) 28/2017 Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 12.05.2016 passed by the Family Court, by which an application filed by the appellant herein seeking custody of his child who is mildly mentally challenged has been dismissed on account of lack of territorial jurisdiction. Admittedly, the child is residing with his mother in Haryana. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he would not press this appeal but seeks liberty to seek appropriate remedy as available to him in accordance with law in the appropriate Court of jurisdiction. The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

CM No. 6748/2017 (delay) In view of the orders passed in the present appeal, no orders are required to be passed in this application.

The application stands disposed of.
