In pursuance of the order dated 10.01.2024, Mr. Sanghi, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the entire documents as sought by the respondent bank by the letter dated 19.04.2022 were submitted to the Punjab National Bank on 01.03.2024.

In view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the application seeking comapassionate appointment along with all the documents handed over to them subsequently and pass a speaking order thereon.

Mr. Arora, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that it appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and sister of the petitioner who, according to him, has not issued any The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. NOC in favour of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondent would be at liberty to seek any further clarification and the petitioner would also be at liberty to provide all the requisite documents as also be given an opportunity to appear, if so required.

The said exercise be carried out within a period of six weeks from today.

Needless to state that the order passed by the respondent thereon be furnished to the petitioner forthwith. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid directions.
