It is now stated by the counsel for the NDMC, that petitioner's application was submitted for the survey conducted in January 2025, where petitioner has been surveyed as well.

As regards the fresh survey form which the petitioner has filled up, if there is any grievance, the petitioner is always at liberty to approach the Writ Court.
