1. The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 321/2016.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned order has already been implemented by the petitioner by issuing a revised seniority list, based on which promotions were granted to the effected employees. He, therefore, contends, that the writ petition has now been rendered infructuous.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, once the impugned order which had directed the petitioner to revise the seniority list stands implemented, we see absolutely no reason to entertain the present petition any The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. further. The same is, accordingly, dismissed. It is however made clear that in case the respondents' plea that the impugned order stands implemented is found to be factually incorrect, it will be open for the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition.
