Counsel for Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek relief at subsequent stage.

Specific plea, has been made by counsel for petitioner that petitioner is Ugandan national and has been in custody since January 2021, and has been unable to get in touch with his family as his mother passed away in the year 2021 and his wife passed away in 2022, while he was in judicial custody.

Counsel for petitioner states that petitioner may seek appropriate remedy to enable him to contact his family. Needless to state, if the Jail Rules allow the same, petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Authority.
